Bella Mistala is the export label of Cavas Marevia, owned and operated by the Hevia Ferrer family, descendants of the historic Ferrer Sala lineage. Its sparkling wines are made from high-altitude organic vineyards in Requena, Valencia, where pesticide- and herbicide-free viticulture, organic fertilizers, and marked day–night temperature shifts support fresh, lively wines. The wines are certified organic and vegan, with a 12-month aging regime at a constant 15°C. Chardonnay is among the varieties grown at altitude. More than 75% of production is exported to the United States, Belgium, and Sweden.
