Agrapart Avize is a fourth-generation, family-run Champagne project based in Avize, in the Côte des Blancs, with roots dating to 1894. Led by Fabrice Agrapart since the family’s 2020 split, it focuses on terroir-driven, Grand Cru Chardonnay Champagnes. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically without formal certification, using horses, composts, homeopathic treatments and manual harvesting. In the cellar, native yeasts, low sulfur, minimal intervention and parcel-specific vinification aim to preserve each site’s character; wines may be unfined and unfiltered and receive extended lees aging. Fabrice works alongside Emmanuel Turpin and Johanna Bertilsson, continuing an artisanal family tradition centered on finesse, minerality and depth.
