Adeline de Barry is the 10th-generation owner of Château de Saint-Martin in Provence, which she has managed since 1984. The estate produces both wines and spirits, and is Terra Vitis certified, combining regenerative agriculture and agroforestry with techniques intended to support vine growth and drought resilience. In 2017, Adeline and her husband, Renaud, acquired the Liquoristerie de Provence, extending their work beyond wine. The estate is also described as an organic producer.
