Producer

ZENO

Spain

ZENO is a Castilla-La Mancha producer of prestige alcohol-free wines, founded by wine trade veterans David Hodgson and Will Willis. Its wines are made from organically grown grapes from family-owned, single-estate vineyards on undulating central Spanish hills, including the historic La Carrasca vineyard. Integrated farming includes almond orchards and sheep grazing, with a focus on soil health, water conservation and renewable energy. Traditional vinification is followed by gentle, low-temperature alcohol removal, then extensive blending and tasting led by a resident Master of Wine. ZENO aims to preserve regional and varietal expression, with particular attention to texture, flavour and aromatics, while pursuing regenerative and lower-impact practices across its supply chain.
