Producer

Yves Cuilleron

France

Yves Cuilleron is a third-generation, family-owned estate in France’s northern Rhône Valley, led by Yves Cuilleron as proprietor and winemaker since 1987. The domaine farms across appellations including Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, Saint-Péray and Cornas. Vineyard work is done largely by hand, with limited mechanization, cover crops, debudding and occasional green harvests. Farming follows an eco-friendly “viticulture raisonnable” approach, with no chemical additives and a transition toward certified organic farming noted for 2025. In the cellar, Cuilleron oversees the wines directly, using hand-harvested fruit, indigenous yeasts, barrel fermentation for whites and open-top cuves for reds.
