Weinhofmeisterei Hirtzberger is a family-operated estate in Wösendorf, Wachau, founded by Mathias and Hanna Hirtzberger. Mathias makes Riesling and Grüner Veltliner from prime sites including Spitaler, Kollmütz, Bach, Kollmitz, Gaisberg, and Zier, with a focus on site expression, purity, and handcrafted wines.
