Paolo Bea is a family-run natural winery in Montefalco, Umbria, founded by Paolo Bea and now operated by his sons Giuseppe and Giampiero. The estate practices certified organic and biodynamic viticulture across its vineyards, using no pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Winemaking, led by Giampiero Bea, takes place in a stone cellar with passive temperature control, employing minimal intervention with no fining or filtration and only minimal sulfur additions.
