Producer

Pali Wine Co.

United States

Founded in California in 2005 by Tim and Judy Perr with Scott Knight, Pali Wine Co. remains family-run, with Nick Perr and Carmen involved in the business. The producer farms approximately 50 acres organically in Lompoc and established Pali Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, while also sourcing grapes from Santa Barbara County and Sonoma. Its vineyards are shaped by cool maritime conditions and distinctive soils, including ancient marine deposits. Pali emphasizes organic, regenerative, and sustainable farming, including SIP certification, water conservation, composting, reduced packaging, and vegan winemaking. Long-time partner and winemaker Aaron Walker leads the Lompoc facility. The wines include site-driven estate and single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, alongside the experimental Neighborhood Winery label, focused on natural, expressive wines made with wild fermentation and minimal intervention.
