Producer

J. Lohr

United States

J. Lohr is a family-owned California producer founded by pioneering grower Jerry Lohr, with the second generation of the Lohr family still leading the business. Based across Monterey County, Paso Robles, and Napa Valley, the winery focuses on estate vineyards and a terroir-driven approach, aiming to let each site shine through in the bottle. Sustainability is a core part of the estate philosophy: J. Lohr was the first California winery to earn Certified California Sustainable Winegrowing certification and has emphasized regenerative farming, water conservation, solar energy, and long-term stewardship of the land. The range spans cool-climate whites from Monterey and structured reds, including Cabernet Sauvignon, from Paso Robles and Napa Valley.
