Founded in 2005, Burgundy’s Domaine Gaëlle et Jérôme Meunier is jointly owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team. They farm sustainably across 45 parcels, using diligent pruning, low yields, and hand harvesting. Gaëlle leads the vinification, while Jérôme manages the vineyards and business. Their wines are made with spontaneous fermentations, minimal chaptalisation, and little or no fining, with light filtration. The domaine bottles wines from selected estate-owned vines, reflecting a hands-on approach from vineyard to cellar.
