Producer

Domaine Guy Amiot

France

Founded in 1920 by Arsène and Flavie Amiot in Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Guy Amiot remains a family-owned Burgundy estate, now run by fourth-generation brothers Thierry and Fabrice Amiot. Thierry has been the winemaker since 2003. The domaine farms sustainably, without cited formal certification, and focuses on about 1.03 hectares of entirely Aligoté vines averaging 80 years old. Production is highly limited, at roughly 5,000 bottles annually, with a small amount of Crémant de Bourgogne also made.
