Delas Frères

France

Founded in 1835 in Tournon-sur-Rhône, Delas Frères is a long-established Rhône house owned by the Louis Roederer Group since 1993. Based in the Rhône Valley, it farms estate vineyards in the northern Rhône, including Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Crozes-Hermitage, while also working with trusted grower-partners across other appellations and in the south. The vineyards have been managed organically since 2013, without certification. Under winemakers Jacques Grange and Claire Darnaud, Delas emphasizes terroir expression through parcel selection, gravity-fed vinification, small concrete tanks for separate lots, and careful élevage. The estate has also invested heavily in modern cellar facilities and the restoration of Hermitage’s dry-stone walls.
