Dominio de la Granadilla is a family-run winery in Nava del Rey, Valladolid, within the Rueda Denominación de Origen. Founded in 2015 by the Descalzo Matos family, the estate’s Verdejo vineyards lie between Nava del Rey and Villaverde de Medina. Brothers Luis, David and Miguel have cared for and monitored the vineyards for more than two decades, while Roberto Descalzo Matos oversees the winemaking. The winery combines artisanal tradition with modern technology, including mechanized night harvesting to protect grape quality and reduce oxidation. Its vineyards are planted on trellis in a continental climate influenced by Atlantic winds, at around 750 metres above sea level.
