Y. AMIRAULT

France

Y. Amirault is a sixth-generation family domaine in the Loire Valley’s Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil appellations, founded by Yannick Amirault in 1977. The estate remains family-run, with Xavier and Agnès Amirault overseeing it and Benoît Amirault managing day-to-day operations; winemaking is shared across the family. Its vineyards lie on clay-gravel, sand and limestone soils and have been farmed without synthetic inputs since 1997. The domaine is Ecocert organic certified and Demeter biodynamic certified, using biodynamic and lunar-guided practices. Its wines are vegan-friendly and reflect a collaborative, artisanal approach.
