Italy

Simon di Brazzan is a fourth-generation family estate in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, owned by Daniele Drius and working vineyards across the Italy-Slovenia border. The winery practices organic viticulture, with manual harvesting, grass cover between rows and low-yield pruning, reflecting a focus on soil, sustainability and local terroir. Winemaking is led by Enrico Simon Veliscig, with Drius also involved as producer and winemaker. Temperature-controlled fermentations support a clear, terroir-focused style.
