Vignobles Levet

France

Vignobles Levet is a small, family-run estate based in Ampuis in the Côte-Rôtie, with a tradition spanning several generations. Managed by Nicole and Bernard Levet, with their daughter Agnès involved in the domaine, it works steep, terraced vineyards by hand and harvests manually. The estate farms parcels in Côte-Rôtie, including old vines of the ancestral Syrah type known as petite serine, and has produced a small Condrieu cuvée since 2019. Winemaking follows a traditional, low-intervention approach: whole-cluster fermentation, long maceration, limited new oak and around two years’ ageing in oak demi-muids, with no filtration. The resulting wines are classic, structured and intended for ageing.
