Vieille Tour la Rose

France

Vieille Tour La Rose is a modest, family-owned Saint-Émilion estate run by the Ybert family for more than four generations. Its clay-limestone and sandy scoria soils support a predominantly Merlot blend, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate practises organic farming and holds Demeter biodynamic and Biodyvin organic certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable winegrowing. Traditional vinification takes place in concrete and stainless-steel vats, followed by ageing in French oak barrels, including approximately one-third new oak.
