Bianco

Sassi is a small Abruzzo winery and collective of seven local producers, making three wines with an organic and biodynamic approach. Its Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is unfiltered and guided by a philosophy of “maximum result, minimum intervention.” The wine is medium-bodied, with soft tannins, high acidity and juicy fruit flavours. Labels feature artwork by tattoo artist Michele Labbati, symbolising the union of Abruzzo’s sea and mountains.
