Family-owned since 1890, Pascual Toso is based in Las Barrancas, Maipú, Mendoza, where it grows all its grapes on estate vineyards at around 750 metres. The vineyards range from 15 to 70 years old, including 60-year-old vines used for Alta Malbec, and reflect a varied terroir of rocky and deeper soils, warm days and cool nights. Drip irrigation, careful selection and manual harvesting support the winery’s focus on quality and terroir expression. Its portfolio spans estate, reserve and premium wines, distinctive blends and sparkling wines made by both Charmat and traditional methods. The winemaking team includes Rodrigo Manuel Romero, Gisella París, Dino Lucentini and Gabriel Abrahan, guided on premium wines by consultant Paul Hobbs. The winery combines a long family history with an emphasis on authenticity and innovation.
