Les Vins Bonhomme is a Valencia-based Spanish project making wines from across Spain in collaboration with winemakers and small family owners. Its approach focuses on indigenous varieties, regional expression, terroir, approachable quality, and preserving fruit purity. The range includes Monastrell from the Mediterranean, Tempranillo from Castilla y León, and Cabernet Sauvignon reflecting its Spanish setting. El Petit Bonhomme is made from grapes grown on 30-year-old bush vines. The project also includes extra virgin olive oil made with Almazara la Subbética, drawing on a century of Spanish olive-growing heritage.
