Jermann is a historic, large-scale estate in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, founded in 1881. It operates on about 200 hectares, with 170 hectares under vine, producing around 750,000 bottles annually. Since 2021, it has been a joint venture, with the Antinori group holding a qualified majority stake and founder Silvio Jermann retaining a minority interest and creative leadership. The winery is known for innovation, such as pioneering the use of Stelvin screw caps in the 1990s and creating the iconic Vintage Tunina blend. It practices sustainable viticulture, with 20 hectares organically certified, a CasaClimaWine-certified cellar in Ruttars, and a focus on biodiversity. Winemaking is overseen by Silvio Jermann and led by Luca Belluzzo.
