Domaine Vincent Bachelet

France

Domaine Vincent Bachelet is a family-run estate in Burgundy's Chassagne-Montrachet, founded in 2008 by Vincent Bachelet and continuing a three-generation winemaking tradition. The 17-hectare vineyard is fragmented across about ten villages from Maranges to Gevrey-Chambertin, producing roughly 72,000 bottles annually split between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Vincent, assisted by his daughter Aurore and soon his son Etienne, practices reasoned viticulture with low yields, old vines, manual harvesting, and hand sorting. Winemaking is traditional and non-interventionist, with all wines aged in oak barrels to highlight terroir expression.
