Domaine Gardiés

Domaine Gardiés is a multigenerational family estate rooted in the hills around Espira-de-l’Agly and the schist terraces of Vingrau and Tautavel, with eight generations of family expertise. Its steep, low-yielding vineyards of old bush vines are farmed organically and biodynamically, with handwork, cover crops, and careful canopy management. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified parcel by parcel using indigenous yeasts and gentle extraction. Depending on the cuvée, wines mature in concrete, large-format oak, or neutral barrels. The minimal-intervention approach seeks clarity, freshness, mineral tension, and a precise expression of each terroir.
