Domaine Chevillon-Chezeaux

France

Domaine Chevillon-Chezeaux is a fifth-generation, family-run Propriétaire-Récoltant based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, founded in 1887 and now managed by Claire Chevillon and Philippe Chezeaux. The domaine farms vineyards across a range of Côte de Nuits appellations, including Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée and Premier Cru Les Saint-Georges. Its sustainable, traditional viticulture includes soil tillage without herbicides, short pruning, severe debudding, leaf removal and manual harvesting. In the cellar, grapes are destemmed and handled gently, with fermentation in open vats and élevage in oak using limited new wood to preserve terroir expression. The wines aim for finesse, elegance and fruit alongside aromatic complexity, volume and character, offering both early accessibility and ageing potential.
