Domaine Baptiste Hillaire

France

Domaine Baptiste Hillaire is a small, family-run estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, owned and operated by Olivier Hillaire and his sons Baptiste and Corentin. Baptiste serves as winemaker. The estate farms vineyards in both Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the Côtes du Rhône using 100% organic practices, without cited formal certification. It produces limited quantities of Grenache-driven reds, including La Part des Anges, made from 60-year-old vines. The domaine’s boutique scale, family ownership, and focus on organically farmed Rhône vineyards distinguish its wines.
