Colette Bonnet is a family-run Champagne estate in the Côte des Bar, rooted in a legacy dating to 1911. Working 2.24 hectares of Kimmeridgian soils, the estate is certified organic and biodynamic by EcoCert, with a focus on soil health and biodiversity and no artificial chemicals or GMOs. Colette Bonnet took over at 26 and remains the winemaker, supported by a team of oenologists. The estate produces around 5,000 bottles annually.
