Catherine Marshall

South Africa

Founded in 1997, Catherine Marshall Wines is a privately owned boutique micro-winery in South Africa’s Western Cape. Founder Catherine Marshall remains at the helm as sole winemaker, directing a low-tech, hands-on approach and producing highly limited quantities from grapes sourced from Stellenbosch growers. The vineyards include sandstone and clay soils. Its small-scale, founder-led character distinguishes it as an artisanal producer focused on intimate, carefully overseen wines.
