Bodegas Eidosela is a cooperative founded in 2003 in Sela, Arbo, at the heart of Condado do Tea in Galicia’s D.O. Rías Baixas. More than 60 family growers tend vineyards divided among hundreds of small parcels, primarily planted to Albariño, Treixadura and Loureira. Atlantic conditions, river-influenced sites and sandy, granitic and alluvial soils shape the wines, while traditional pergola or semi-pergola training improves airflow in the humid climate. The cooperative combines manual harvesting and year-round vineyard care with sensors, drones and other technical tools to pursue precision and sustainability. Its range includes fresh Albariño whites, wines aged on lees or in barrel, and sparkling wines made by the traditional method. Eidosela was among the pioneers of sparkling wine in Rías Baixas and emphasizes patience, respect for natural rhythms, minimal intervention and a strong connection to the local community.
