Salvarolo is a family-owned winery in Pramaggiore, eastern Veneto, within the Lison-Pramaggiore DOC near Friuli Venezia Giulia. Founded in 1990, it is run by Mario Passador and his sons Franco and Luigi. The estate cultivates its own vineyards, combining Sylvoz and Guyot training with modern viticultural and winemaking technology while participating in the SQNPI integrated-production certification scheme since 2021. Its range includes Veneto whites such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Tocai Italico, alongside reds including Merlot, Cabernet varieties, Carmenere, Petit Verdot and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The wines are presented as structured, harmonious and naturally elegant, reflecting the area’s long winemaking tradition.
