Rotari Flavio is produced by Cantina Rotari in Trentino-Alto Adige from hand-picked Chardonnay grown on the hills of the Adige Valley, at elevations of 250–800 metres. Its production combines partial barrel fermentation with extended bottle ageing on the lees. A distinctive bottle curvature is designed to slow yeast contact during ageing, contributing to the wine’s particular style.
