Reinhold Haart

Germany

Reinhold Haart is a family-owned winery in Piesport in the Mosel, run by Theo and Edith Haart with their son Johannes Haart, who serves as winemaker and hosts tastings. The estate follows a natural and biodynamic approach in the vineyard, with manual vine work, biodiversity protection, integrated plant protection, and minimal additives in the cellar. It is certified FAIR'N GREEN, Carbon Neutral, and vegan. The vineyards are on steep south-facing slopes with soft clay-slate soils. As a VDP grower, Reinhold Haart combines family stewardship with a clear focus on sustainable viticulture and careful, hands-on winemaking.
