Quilceda Creek is a family-owned Washington winery founded in 1978 in Snohomish, with a long-standing focus on age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon. Still led by the Golitzin family, Paul Golitzin serves as president and director of winemaking, working alongside winemaker Mark Kaigas. The estate sources from and farms key Columbia Valley sites including Champoux in Horse Heaven Hills, Galitzine on Red Mountain, and Mach One, with high-density plantings and a strong emphasis on low yields and precision viticulture. Champoux has been central to the winery since 1986, and Quilceda Creek now holds a majority stake there. Notes mention sustainable farming across its estate vineyards, though no certification is reported.
