Quinta do Passadouro is a Douro Valley estate in Portugal, operating as a separate brand under AXA Millésimes, the parent company of Quinta do Noval, since 2019. Previously owned by the Bohrmann family, the estate has retained its staff and produces around 10,000 cases annually from 89 acres of vineyards. Its winemaking combines traditional foot-trodden harvesting with granite lagares. Jorge Serôdio Borges led the cellar for two decades before departing in 2019; Sandra is the current winemaker and owner. No specific sustainability certifications are noted.
