Domaine Yves et Mathilde Gangloff

France

Domaine Yves et Mathilde Gangloff is a family-run micro-domaine in the Northern Rhône, founded in 1982 when Yves and Mathilde Gangloff acquired their first hectare. The estate farms vineyards in Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu and Saint-Joseph, with part of its holdings certified organic. Winemaking is led by Yves, with significant involvement from Mathilde and their daughter Elsa. The domaine follows a low-intervention approach, using native yeasts, whole-cluster fermentation, minimal sulphur and some new oak. Ownership remains within the Gangloff family, while son Pierre contributes the label artwork. Production is deliberately limited, reflecting a hands-on, artisanal style.
