Domaine Roger Sabon

France

Domaine Roger Sabon is a family-owned Rhône Valley estate founded in 1952 by Roger Sabon and still run by the Sabon family across several generations. In Châteauneuf-du-Pape, its vineyards are spread across 14 parcels, alongside holdings in Lirac, Côtes du Rhône and Vin de France. Vineyard work is led by Denis Sabon and his son Julien, with Delphine Sabon handling the commercial side, while Didier Negron directs winemaking. The domaine follows a sustainable approach, with part of the vineyard managed organically or biodynamically. The style suggested by the estate’s vintage notes points to careful, meticulous vineyard work and wines that balance ripeness, freshness and complexity.
