Domaine Joseph Colin

France

Domaine Joseph Colin is a family-origin Burgundy estate founded by Joseph Colin in 2016 after leaving the family domaine. Son of Marc Colin, Joseph owns and runs the winery himself, continuing the Colin family’s Burgundian roots with a personal, low-intervention approach. The vineyards are hand-worked on limestone-rich Chardonnay soils, with no herbicides or chemical fertilizers, organic pest control, grasses for erosion control, and very limited mechanisation. In the cellar, Joseph follows a restrained style with no batonnage and only minimal sulfur added at bottling. The domaine is biodynamic-inspired and sustainably farmed, though not formally certified.
