Domaine des Entrefaux is a family-run estate in the Rhône Valley with deep Tardy family roots, founded in 1979 and now led by François and Anne Tardy, with François as chief winemaker. The domaine farms organically, certified since 2012, and follows a low-intervention approach shaped by low yields, hand harvesting, cover crops, compost, holistic vine treatments, and minimal sulfur, with wines often unfined and unfiltered. Biodynamic-style practices and some cereal crops are used to encourage biodiversity. Based across Beaumont Monteux, Mercurol, and Chanos-Curson, the estate focuses mainly on Syrah alongside Marsanne and Roussanne.
