Domaine de la Grand'Cour

France

Domaine de la Grand'Cour is a family-run estate in Fleurie and Brouilly in Beaujolais, owned and operated by the Dutraive family, with Ophélie Dutraive as proprietor-récoltant and Jean-Louis Dutraive directing the domaine. The vineyards have been certified organic by ECOCERT since 2009, farmed without chemical fertilizers or herbicides. Fruit is hand-harvested and vinified with a low-intervention approach, using indigenous yeasts, carbonic maceration, little or no added SO2, and typically no fining or filtration unless needed. The estate is known for parcel-focused wines from sites including Clos de la Grand'Cour, Chapelle des Bois, and Champagne, with many older vines in the range.
