Domaine Bzikot is a family-owned estate in Puligny-Montrachet, Côte de Beaune, founded in the 1940s by Sylvain Bzikot’s Polish immigrant grandparents. Today, third-generation vigneron Sylvain Bzikot oversees both the vineyards and winemaking. The domaine cultivates its vineyards organically and follows a traditional, terroir-focused approach that emphasizes minerality, purity, and respect for the land. Its wines are produced in limited quantities, reflecting a hands-on family estate dedicated to expressing the character of Burgundy.
