Domaine Bernard Millot

France

Domaine Bernard Millot is a family-run estate in Meursault, Burgundy, with a history spanning three generations. Led by Bernard Millot and winemaker Émilien Millot, the domaine farms about 8 hectares of vineyards, primarily in Meursault with parcels in Beaune and Puligny-Montrachet. Since 2017, they have practiced organic viticulture, using herbal infusions and reduced sulfur and copper applications, though certification is pending. All vineyard and cellar work is done in-house, with a focus on respecting the terroir and constant improvement. The production is roughly 70% white and 30% red, with a recent experimental planting of Syrah and Biancu Gentile to adapt to climate change.
