Château Rozier

France

Château Rozier is a family-run estate of Vignobles Saby, owned by the ninth-generation Saby family and located on limestone soils at the eastern end of Saint-Émilion. Jean-Christophe and Jean-Philippe Saby oversee the estate and winemaking. Its 28 hectares are divided across 65 parcels, with a strong emphasis on sustainable viticulture, including Organic Farming, Demeter and Biodyvin certifications, the Growing Tomorrow label, and an Environmental Management System in place since 2011. Grapes are hand-picked, then aged in oak for 12–15 months before blending by resident oenologists.
