Château Les Croisille

France

Château Les Croisille is a family-owned Cahors estate in Luzech, founded by Bernard and Cécile Croisille in 1979 and now run by their children and close associates. The vineyard is certified organic and biodynamic, with the family committed to environmentally respectful farming. Its varied limestone, iron-influenced and gravelly soils inform separate vinifications, while Malbec—Cahors’s historic grape—forms the heart of the wines. The estate aims to produce precise, terroir-driven Cahors marked by freshness and minerality, alongside lighter, fruity and digestible styles. Winemaking is led by Germain and Simon Croisille with family friend Nicolas Croisille, reflecting a hands-on, evolving approach grounded in experimentation and respect for the land.
