Brunilde di Menzione is a Puglian brand produced by Schenk Italian Wineries, a family-run group founded in 1952 in Trentino/Alto Adige. Grapes are sourced from co-operatives and independent growers across Italy. The wines are made by itinerant winemakers and a team of oenologists, combining traditional Alberello vine training with hand-harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation and four months of oak aging.
