Producer

Adami

Italy

Adami is a family-run Prosecco producer in Colbertaldo di Vidor, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene hills of Veneto. Founded by Abele Adami in 1933, it is now operated by brothers Armando and Franco Adami, with Franco leading the winemaking. The family’s philosophy, “the vineyard as a garden,” centres on expressing individual Rive and vineyard sites, including the historic, south-facing Vigneto Giardino. Grapes are hand-harvested from steep hillsides and vinified separately to highlight terroir. Adami’s wines focus on freshness, finesse and a balanced, dry style, with gentle pressing and secondary fermentation in steel tanks. The winery holds sustainable certification and also uses organic and biodynamic practices. Visitors can explore the vineyards and wines through tastings and guided tours at the Sorapiana tasting room.
