Prunotto is a historic Piedmont estate founded in 1904 as a cooperative. It is now owned by the Antinori family, who fully acquired it in 1994, with Albiera Antinori directing operations. The winery controls about 65–74 hectares of vineyards, fragmented into small plots across Langhe and Monferrato. It focuses on native varieties, producing Barolo, Barbaresco, and Moscato d’Asti. Grapes are hand-harvested, and winemaking blends tradition with modern technology, using oak barrels and stainless steel. While no formal sustainability certification is reported, the estate emphasizes sustainable practices and manual work. It offers tours and tastings at its locations in Alba and Monforte d'Alba.
