Producer

Les Vignerons de Florensac

France

Les Vignerons de Florensac is a collectively owned and managed cooperative of 260 local growers in the Picpoul area of Languedoc-Roussillon. Sustainability is central to its work: the cooperative has been HVE certified since 2021 and uses mechanical weeding, low-chemical inputs, night harvesting, eco-friendly pest control and solar power. Its growers also contribute to the Vinipolis oenological tourism project. Winemaker and oenologist Stéphane Roques oversees vinification, using low-temperature stainless-steel fermentation, cultured yeasts and lees stirring.
