Lamé Delisle Boucard

France

Lamé Delisle Boucard is a fifth-generation, family-run domaine in Bourgueil, Loire Valley, managed by siblings Philippe and Stéphanie Boucard, both winemakers, with Stéphanie also serving as oenologist. The estate is converting to organic viticulture, with certification anticipated in 2021, and includes historic vines averaging 35–40 years old. Alongside its broader vineyard holdings, the domaine produces small-lot wines such as the 2019 non-SO₂ “Nom de Zeus,” made from a one-hectare plot outside the Bourgueil appellation. Daily tasting during maceration and close involvement in seasonal vineyard and cellar work reflect a hands-on approach to winemaking.
