Family-run in Nuits-Saint-Georges since 1596, Domaine Guy & Yvan Dufouleur is a long-established Burgundy estate focused on estate-bottled wines after selling its négociant arm in 2006. The domaine farms vineyards from Fixin to Santenay, including exclusive ownership of Fixin Clos du Chapitre Premier Cru. Viticulture is described as natural or low-intervention, and the estate holds HVE Level 3 certification. Winemaking is overseen by Yvan Dufouleur with his uncle Xavier Dufouleur, producing limited-quantity Pinot Noir aged in barrel for 10 to 15 months.
