Domaine Éric Boigelot is a family-owned Burgundy estate based in Meursault, with roots in Monthelie dating to 1918. Founded by Éric Boigelot in 1990, the domaine farms vines in Meursault, Monthelie, Volnay, and Pommard, planted with Aligoté, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Its viticulture is environmentally respectful, with minimal treatments and an emphasis on biodiversity. Winemaking is traditional, including oak-barrel aging, and seeks to express terroir, grape variety, and vintage while preserving balance, freshness, and sincerity. Éric’s son Charles joined in 2022 after experience at domaines including Coche-Dury, Vincent Girardin, and Paul Pillot, bringing his own perspective to the family’s wines.
