Spumante Moscato Dolce

Pizzolato is a fifth-generation family winery based in Villorba, in Veneto’s Prosecco di Treviso DOC area, with winemaking led by Settimo Pizzolato since 1981 alongside the family tradition. Organic farming has been a defining choice since 1981, backed by USDA Organic certification since 1991, and the estate also produces vegan-certified wines. Sustainability is central to the winery’s identity, from photovoltaic energy, water recycling, micro-irrigation and biodiversity work to packaging projects focused on reuse and full recyclability. Pizzolato also pursues experimental research with PIWI grape varieties as part of its vision for lower-impact agriculture.
